ARHSAlternative Transportation Form

Parents that would like to drive their students to or from an Ashley Ridge Marching Band event in any other vehicle other than those provided by Dorchester School District Two must complete this consent form. This form must be submitted nor later than 2 days prior to the release of the student from the event. The releasing individual(s) must report to the buses and sign the student out with the chaperone on the student's bus and the individual must be above 18 years old with a photo ID.
